Step 2 – Document Submission
Submit your documents to our office in person or send them via courier from anywhere in Canada or abroad.
Step 3 – Document Preparation
Our team prepares your documents for Apostille certification. This may include notarization by our in-house notary public, certified translations by certified translators, or preparation of certified copies, depending on your needs or requirements of the Apostille process.
Step 4 – Government Processing
In Ontario, Apostille certificates are issued by the Official Documents Services (ODS). We personally submit your documents to ODS, ensuring they are processed accurately and without delay.
Step 5 – Collection of Apostilled Documents
We retrieve your completed documents directly from ODS, usually within 2–3 business days. Rush processing may also be available upon request.
Step 6 – Final Delivery
Receive your Apostilled documents by picking them up in person or having them securely shipped via a secure courier like FedEx, DHL, or UPS. If needed, we can scan and email copies before shipping so you can start using them immediately.
